The Paige Show

Hi Everyone! I don’t even know where to begin but today is April 6th, the day the first episode of my talk show premieres! I’m so excited to share this project with all of you. It has been a long time coming and I can’t wait for you all to see it.

How it began:

I have always loved talking to people and listening to their story/struggle/and what motivated them to do what they love to do. The people that I’m surrounded by every day have some of the most incredible stories and I was inspired to share them with you. You see these individuals on your tv screen/social media/etc. but who are they really? I hope my show helps you to get to know the people you look up too or get inspired/motivated by someone you hadn’t heard of before. I have put countless hours into making this show everything I have envisioned in my head and it’s been fun to see it really come to life.

To the People Involved:

I just wanted to express my sincerest gratitude to everyone that has helped make this show happen. Your encouragement and advice hasn’t gone unnoticed. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for believing in my little idea and helping me to make it grow into something incredible.

5 Tricks to make your hair grow faster

1. Coconut Oil

I can’t say enough good things about coconut oil! I’ve been doing overnight hair masks with it twice a week and my hair is longer/stronger than it’s ever been before.

2. No Heat

I know it’s challenging but heat damages hair and causes it to break off. I was straightening my hair 2-3 times a week and noticed it really took a toll on my hair. When I stopped straightening so frequently I noticed my hair became healthier/longer/stronger.

3. Argan Oil

I absolutely love argan oil! It makes my hair softer and stronger. I apply it to damp hair after I shower to help comb out tangles.

5.Biotin

I started taking biotin every day and I have seen a big difference in how fast my hair is growing. I’ve heard mixed reviews about biotin but I can definitely see it working!

5 Tips To Clear Skin

Perfect skin? Yeah right! IMPOSSIBLE! Think again….

I wish I could say I was one of those people that has never had a pimple in their life but unfortunately …I’m not. I thought acne stopped after the teenage years but here I am at 23 still struggling with break outs. My skin isn’t perfect by any means but I’ve found ways to help prevent acne! Hope this helps and feel free to leave any tips or tricks that I didn’t mention in the comments below!

1. Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser

This was actually recommended to me by my dermatologist which was amazing because it’s only $6 and can be found at any drug store! I cleanse my face with this in the morning and at night. Cetaphil is great because it doesn’t have any added perfumes that might make you break out. It also doesn’t contain any ingredients that will dry you out. It’s super gentle and great for the skin.

2. Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion

The Cetaphil moisturizing lotion was also recommended by my dermatologist. It’s great to hydrate your skin after cleansing and doesn’t leave the skin greasy or oily. It is hypoallergenic and also fragrance free!

3. Clinique Acne Solutions Foundation

After cleansing and moisturizing I apply my Clinique Acne Solutions foundation. I cannot say enough good things about this product! I love to try new foundations but always end up breaking out. There is no other foundation I would recommend if you have sensitive skin or are prone to acne.

4. Water

I am not the biggest fan of water. It’s always so hard for me to even finish a whole water bottle in a day but when I started drinking 64oz every day it did wonders for my skin! Water helps to flush toxins out of your body and is great for rejuvenating your skin. Try to drink 64oz every day and I promise you will see a difference not only in your skin but also in your energy level!

5. Eat Healthy

I cut out dairy, eggs, and processed sugars. When I did this I saw a huge difference in my skin. If I want to sweeten food or a smoothie I will usually use a natural sweetener (banana, honey, or agave nectar). This also helped my energy levels and just made me feel better overall!

Holiday Accessories

The holidays are right around the corner and I’m here to give you my top 3 favorite accessories to wear with any holiday outfit! I am a huge fan of buying plain solid colored boots/dresses/tees because then I can have fun dressing them up with amazing accessories.

PSA Hoop earrings are back and I’m loving it! Personally I’m a big fan of a small dainty hoop but these dramatic gold hoops from Argento Vivo are the perfect way to finish off any look!

What screams the holiday season more than an amazing red or burgandy lip? This is actually a liquid matte lip from Maybelline and can be found at Target or CVS. It stayed on all day and didn’t dry out my lips at all unlike most matte lipsticks.

Lastly, I know we all use our phones to tell time but a watch is always a great little accessory to have. It really adds an element of class to every look.
